Make sure you're pasting the full key including the hm_live_ prefix. Keys are case-sensitive. If you copied it from the email, check there are no extra spaces. If the issue persists, email us and we'll check the key status.
Try refreshing the page. If the button still doesn't appear, the AI site may have updated its UI structure. Open the extension settings and check your key is saved. If the problem persists, email us with the URL and browser version.
When you log in, the page redirects and URL parameters get dropped. Click the HiMem button manually after logging in to inject context. For a seamless experience, stay logged in before opening the PWA or extension.
Open the extension options (click the HiMem icon → Settings) and change the Default Project field. Save, then reload the AI page. On the PWA, tap the project pill at the top of the home screen.
You can delete individual memories using the forget tool or API. To delete everything, email support@himem.ai with your account email and we'll delete all data within 7 days.
